Process Control and Automation

Typical System Installations

ESEA® automated solutions are installed on ships of many sizes and purposes, from simple process machine system control to centralized monitoring and control consoles for a variety of marine and industrial factories.

PLC Programming and Troubleshooting

Our goal is for the operator to have total control of the processing factory. We concentrate hard and, make sure our custom PLC programs are continually monitoring the state of the factory and operates safety features at its best.

HMI Programming and Factory Layout of SCADA

We offer user-friendly interfaces for controlling factories and machines. We concentrate on details and easy solutions for sensor calibration and start/stop controls all from one unit. SCADA (Supervisory control and data acquisition) systems are the backbone of modern industry! SCADA is an industrial automation control system at the core of many modern industries, including: Process of Surimi, Fishmeal, Fish oil and more.

SCADA systems deploy multiple software and hardware elements that allow industrial organizations to:

  • Monitor, gather, and process data
  • Interact with and control machines and devices such as motors, pumps, valves and more, which are connected through HMI (human-machine interface)
  • Record events and data into a log

Controls of Variable Frequency Drivers over EtherNet/IP

Offering a wide range of motor control, including volts per hertz, sensorless vector control, and closed loop velocity with seamless integration into the control environment with EtherNet/IP.

Pump, Valve, and Other System Controls

Control is fully customizable and combines the control functionality and system protection of a PLC with the supervisory control of a user interface. Devices can be displayed either as a list of analog and digital status and control items, or can be displayed in a graphical layout that mirrors the actual process. This allows operators to remotely monitor and control the entire system. Operators can provide control commands to digital, analog devices, fieldbus, IO bus etc

Remote System Access

Where remote access is required users may connect to the system using a remote desktop client for troubleshooting and diagnostic purposes

Small Systems

Small systems typically have a small number of PLCs and few I/O points. User’s access data via a user interface in the control room, or alternatively via a redundant interface located on trough out the plant. Operators at either location have full control and the system choice of operation, acknowledging alarms locally.

Large Systems

Larger systems can manage an unlimited number of PLCs, devices, and user interfaces. The typical large system includes a set of multiple or redundant PLCs or

vessel-wide redundant Ethernet network with remote interfaces or mobile interfaces via laptops and tablet PCs. A series of distributes I/O concentrator panels bring data back to the central monitoring and control PLCs utilizing a self-healing Ethernet ring network.
